Pursuant to the Protection of consumer rights Law No. 59/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2020 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Cybersecurity Law No. 24/2018/QH14 dated June 12, 2018 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP dated July 15, 2013 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the management, provision and use of internet services and online information;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP dated April 17, 2023 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the personal data protection;
Pursuant to other provisions of law;
Article 1. Subjects of regulation:
- People who support for products or services are staffs and officers of Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company and people who be licensed to sell products and services (hereinafter referred to as "salesman").
- People who entitled to warranty and support to product and service is officers or staffs of Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company who are allowed to warranty product and service (hereinafter referred to as "Technical staff").
- People who required to support or warranty about products and services, using computers, phones, tablets... to access, shop, and use services and products of Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company, which section has a fee (products, digital content services) or buys computers, phones, electronic components... (non-digital products and services) at stores. official product of Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
- People who required to coordinate and support work, finances, and be able to ask to adjust rules, behaviors, and activities of Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company according to functions, authority, purposes, and principles are agencies belonging to the Government, the Communist Party of Vietnam or other community organizations (hereinafter referred to as "Organizations")
Article 2. Who support and warranty products, services:
- Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company (Tax code 5702056524; hereinafter referred to as "Funny Dev., JSC").
- Head office: No 134, group 10, section 2, Trung Vuong ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province, Vietnam.
Article 3. Who directly support and Guarantee for products or services:
- Funny Dev., JSC officers and staffs have been trained and licensed to sell, support, and warranty products or services, because Funny Dev., JSC is responsible for the internal management and control through process of selling, supporting and guaranteeing products or services of all staff to customers.
- Funny Dev., JSC salesman are people who be allowed by Funny Dev., JSC to sell and support products and services. Because Funny Dev., JSC has a direct profit discount on each product and service for salesman, the selling price of salesman is not allowed to be higher than the price listed by Funny Dev., JSC on the website and information channels. The salesman are take self-responsibility for the process of selling and supporting and guaranteeing products and services to customers.
- In addition, no one is allowed to arbitrarily sell or impersonate Funny Dev., JSC to receive unauthorized warranty and support for Funny Dev., JSC products and services.
Article 4. Collecting customer information in the process of requesting products, services, payment and requesting support and warranty:
Funny Dev., JSC uses personal information (full name, email address, phone number, billing address) to identify and confirm transactions with users, browser cookie information of websites which owned by Funny Dev., JSC (during use at websites managed by Funny Dev., JSC) and computer information using products and services of software (computer name, computer type and public IP address - Public Internet Protocol) voluntarily provided by the customer (after being confirmed by the customer) to Funny Dev., JSC to:
- Take payment for ordered by users on Funny Dev., JSC online store.
- Implement advertising campaigns to customers in need through behavioral analysis and customer information.
- Send notifications about Funny Dev., JSC products as well as user related activities.
- Serving the copyright authentication system for using Funny Dev., JSC products and services on user computers.
- Contact users in special cases, especially for visit or check-in at Funny Dev., JSC headquarters and offices during complicated stages of the epidemic and other contexts.
- Do not arbitrarily disclose user information or illegally use user information unless requested by competent State management agencies such as: Court, Procuracy, Police.. .
Article 5. Scope, principles of customer information collection, location and time of keeping customer information:
- Pursuant to the Policy of Privacy and Secure user information of Funny Dev Digital Solution Joint-Stock Company.
- User information is stored on Funny Dev., JSC server which is located at Funny Dev., JSC headquarters, secured by famous and reputable technologies from international partners such as: Defiant Corporation, CSF, Crypto Encrypt... Only staff of Funny Dev., JSC have authorized access to use user information.
- Sensitive information such as passwords, online payment methods... of users are stored in encrypted form (hash) and cannot be directly identified.
- Funny Dev., JSC keeps customer information for at least 01 month from the date the customer starts using services.
Article 6. Commitment to ensure payment safety and confidentiality of customer information:
- Funny Dev., JSC is liability to ensure payment safety and absolute confidentiality of customer information and must strictly follow this policy as the Policy of Privacy and Secure user information. The collection and use of user information must be warned in advance with the user and consent of the user, unless otherwise provided for by law.
- Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to third-party for customer information unless otherwise agreed by the user or as otherwise provided by law.
- In case the server storing user information is hacked, Funny Dev., JSC is responsible for reporting to the relevant authorities in the field with State management authority, quickly defending, troubleshooting and warn customers of these risks.
- Secure, encrypt sensitive user information such as passwords, payment methods... Do not store the original data (raw) anywhere.
- Funny Dev., JSC requires customers when using products and services to provide full information and be take self-responsibility for the legality of this information as well as the purpose and process of using products and services by Funny Dev., JSC. Funny Dev., JSC has the right to waive responsibility for receiving, handling complaints and allegations related to user interests in case customers intentionally provide false, fraudulent or harmful information to Funny Dev., JSC, breaking the law.
- Funny Dev., JSC always pays attention to customer information security and has cooperated with many famous international partners to do this well. However, Funny Dev., JSC also requires customers to raise their awareness of vigilance and protect against the risks of information disclosure, leakage, counterfeiting and fraud.

Article 8. Principles of support:
- Funny Dev., JSC got the criterion as "Customer is God" is the center, the support and warranty of products and services to customers is free of charge within working time and the staffs are responsible for fully absorbing the customer feedback with the most polite, gentle and demanding attitude.
- Through Customer Care channels on Facebook, Telegram... sales staff, technical staff are responsible for supporting customers to use products and services.
- Time to support products and services is within the working time of Funny Dev., JSC from 08:00am to 11:30am and from 01:30pm to 5:00pm (UTC:+07:00) on weekdays, except holidays, Tet... In according to regulations of the State, we will announce to customers in advance and publicize it on official information channels.
- The purpose of support for product or service is help customers understand how to use the product through the form of sending documents to customers or getting customers consent to send remote computer control information to directly guide customers to use; and receive information reflecting product and service failures from customers or record separate conditions on customers devices as a basis for upgrading product and service quality.
- Provide comprehensive support to the maximum capacity of Funny Dev., JSC when requested for help by the Government agencies or community organizations. Proactively participate in coordinating the handling of cases, adjusting rules and behaviors when requested in writing. Actively support the Government and community organizations in their work towards good things for the country.
Article 9. Principles of product and service warranty and maintenance:
- The Guarantee time of products and services is counted from the time of receiving the error message from Funny Dev., JSC support department or from the customer, not excluding holidays and will be notified to the customer or published on the website. official information channels (if necessary) about the maintenance of products and services.
- The purpose of warranty and maintenance of products and services is to fix errors, bugs in Funny Dev., JSC products and services according to exchange from support department or from customer feedback, in order to improve product quality, services and help customers feel comfortably when using products and services.
- The Guarantee time for free products and services has a default value of 30 days from the time of acceptance of products and services, except for other cases specifically agreed upon in the purchase and sale contract. products, services
- Funny Dev., JSC will quote before get warranty and repair fees if the error is caused by objective reasons such as: Due to a problem with the customer computer accessing the product and service management system; natural causes such as: Influenced by the environment, natural disasters; The reason is that the customer operates incorrectly according to the instructions...
- When receiving a request for warranty, repair, upgrade or modification of products and services, Funny Dev., JSC bases its capacity, conditions and actual circumstances to agree with customers on an appropriate time with the most optimal solution. Customers are responsible for receiving and coordinating Funny Dev., JSC for handling.
- The upgrade, adding new features, changing old features are not included in the support, warranty and maintenance section. Funny Dev., JSC will charge fees with that request from customers.
